General Information

Ordering binds the customer without restriction to the present selling terms. Product changes, prices, delivery terms, delivery payments will be communicated to customers via our internet website.

Farmed meat Beef and veal : Switzerland Lamb : New Zealand, Australia Duck : France Raw pork : Italy

Farmed fish Daurade and sea perch : Atlantic Féra : Switzerland Salmon : Scotland and Norway

Wild fish Swordfish and tuna : Indonesia, “Friend of the Sea” label

Vegetables, salads and fresh herbs We privilege products coming from local agriculture. As often as possible, ingredients come from Switzerland. Our menu respects products' season, it is therefore possible that a specific product is not available because it did not correspond to our standard of quality. Our assortment and recipes are in a constant evolution.

Eggs Eggs used in our recipes come from Switzerland and the European Union. Egg whites and yolk are separated and pasteurized.

Best-before date and mode of conservation

All our products are made each day in our laboratory to provide you with an irreproachable freshness. Our products should be eaten quickly after being received and must be kept between 0 and 4°C. We recommend that you should eat our products no later than 12 hours after having received them. Tartares.ch declines all responsibility should someone not follow these recommendations. If any of our product is not to your entire satisfaction, please contact our customer service at info@tartares.ch.

Underage protection To protect underage persons, the law prohibits the sale of wine, beer and cider to people under 16 years of age, and spirituous liquor, appetizers and alcopops to people under 18 yers of age. Our delivery man may ask for an ID card.

Payment system

Private The bill has to be paid in cash (CHF/€), with Tickets Restaurant, or by credit cards when you receive your order. If payment is made in Euros, only bills will be accepted and change will be returned in Swiss francs.

Companies A company account can be opened and will allow payment by invoice to be paid within 15 days. A CHF 15.00 late fee will be charged passed this term. Tartares.ch reserves its right to accept the opening of "company" accounts.

Data protection

All information and personal data you provide Pariszurich, the company that owns Tartares.ch, will remain strictly confidential. Under no circumstances shall they be transmitted to third parties.

Law Tartares.ch is owned by Pariszurich Abegg Sàrl, an Ecublens company. Any legal dispute shall be handled by the jurisdiction of Lausanne.
